Description
Developing a “clinician’s eye” for assessing gait, identifying deviations, and making the most effective adjustments can take many years to develop and varies greatly amongst clinicians. This session will share teachable approaches to analyze prosthetic and orthotic gait in the clinic without a motion analysis lab.
Learning Objectives:
- By the end of the session, the participants will be aware of different methods for assessing orthotic/prosthetic gait without a motion analysis lab.
- By the end of the session, the participants will be able to apply the ideas and methods presented today to their own clinical practice.
- By the end of the session, the participants will be able to explain the pros and cons of performing gait analysis without a gait lab.
