Navigating Changes in Documentation for Proposed Medicare LCD on MPKs for K2 Patients (W2024-0612)

This course will present and discuss the proposed changes to the Medicare LCD for Lower Limb Prosthetics (DL33787) that would expand coverage of MPKs to K2 patients who meet certain coverage criteria. The course will also present and discuss necessary changes to the clinical documentation in prosthetic and medical records to meet the coverage criteria and get MPK claims for K2 patients approved by Medicare.
