This course discusses prosthetic management principles required to treat patients with partial foot/Symes amputations.

In this course participants will learn about the challenges and risks that face partial foot amputees as well as question traditional reasons for partial foot amputation to learn if partial foot amputees do have better quality of life over transtibial amputees. Participants will also learn about various and new prostheses that are available for Symes amputees.
