A patient comes into your clinic with a prescription for a running-specific prosthesis (RSP), where do you start?
With the increasing legislation surrounding So Kids Can Move Campaign, clinicians need to be prepared for more and more patients to request RSP. This session is your starting line.
The Road to Running will provide attendees with a roadmap of the foundational principles to providing a running-specific prosthesis. Participants will learn about considerations for running-specific prosthesis (RSP), including prosthetic care for different categories of runner, prosthesis prescription decision-making, alignment principles, and initial dynamic trials. The session will include a series of speakers with varying backgrounds and case discussions to help clinicians gain confidence in their ability to successfully provide a running-specific prosthesis from start to finish.
