For more than three decades, Tillges Orthotics & Prosthetics, a family-owned business, has served patients in Minnesota and western Wisconsin who need O&P care while keeping an eye toward innovation. In 2012, Tillges Technologies, a design and central fabrication facility, was formed to bring advanced devices and products to the profession. PressureGuardianĀ®, a digital pressure sensor tool that helps clinicians track and manage diabetic wounds, was their first product. Since then, Tillges Technologies introduced its PropulsionĀ® line of orthotic and prosthetic devices made from prepreg carbon fiber rather than conventional plastic materials. Today, Tillges provides services for a number of conditions, including foot drop, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, partial foot amputation, ankle instabilities, vascular conditions, all levels of amputation, and more.
