Description
Complex disease processes and the aging are responsible for the majority of the patients encountered for lower limb prosthetic management. Comorbidities and the need for concurrent care by multiple physicians and other rehabilitation practitioners can challenge even the most seasoned of prosthetists. The objective of this session is to provide practitioners with a multidisciplinary perspective on the management of the medically complex patient utilizing the best available evidence and case presentations.
