This presentation will discuss the process of fabricating a custom molded bivalve TLSO body jacket. Abby and Paul will walk through the process of controlling low-density polyethylene (LDPE) thickness while vacuum-forming over a foam mold, with and without a partner. They will discuss how to achieve a strong bond between plastic and foam, review trim lines, and adjustable strapping.
